The Face Shop is a Korean skincare and cosmetics manufacturer and retailer. Products carried include skin care, make-up and other beauty products.
The Face Shop partnered with MediaPlus Digital to produce its Singapore e-commerce website. In a digital market dominated by incumbent brands, The Face Shop needed a user centric e-commerce website that was built to entice purchases and scale with new product collections.
Within a duration of 3 months, The Face Shop’s website was designed and developed in line with UI/UX principles and The Face Shop’s branding guidelines.

We collected and mapped out all e-commerce items for the website in order to determine clear user paths. This allowed a clean and focused journey for users, which helped to dropped the bounce rates. On the other hand, by using cross selling and upselling mechanisms, we improved engagement on the website. Overall, these initiatives led to much better user time on site coupled with increased purchase activities.
