“The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) works by assisting SMEs to take simple steps to automate existing processes and improve productivity. PSG covers sector-specific solutions including the retail, food, logistics, precision engineering, construction and landscaping industries, as well as IT solutions that cut across industries.
SMEs can apply for PSG if they meet the following eligibility criteria:
• Is a business entity registered and operating in Singapore;
• Have a minimum of 30% local shareholding; AND
• Company’s Group annual sales turnover should be not more than S$100 million, OR Company’s Group employment size should be no more than 200 employees
• Purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solutions or equipment must be used in Singapore
The company must not have:
– Made any payment to a supplier, vendor or third party in relation to the purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solution or equipment
– Signed any contract with a supplier, vendor or third party in relation to the purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solution or equipment
Otherwise, the application will be rejected.”
The PSG Grant is a yearly grant that provides businesses with up to S$30,000 in support for solutions that are supported by ESG. The grant is capped at S$30,000 per company, per year, and is valid from 1 April to 31 March of the following year. If a company has fully utilised their grant cap, it will not be eligible for further support within that validity period. Companies are encouraged to plan their use of the PSG grant in advance in order to make the most of it.
Applications for the PSG grant are processed in approximately six weeks from the time all required information is submitted. It is strongly encouraged that companies submit their applications well in advance of when they would need the equipment or IT solution to account for the possibility of an unsuccessful application. If a company decides to proceed with a project and purchase the equipment/IT solution before the outcome of the application is known, they will not be able to claim a refund if the application is unsuccessful.

Download and read the LOF, then click Accept to confirm your acceptance of the terms and award of the grant.
Businesses can apply for more than one PSG grant depending on their needs, as the PSG grant is available for different categories of solutions. However, only one package per solution category can be supported per deployment location.
Applications that are eligible for the grant include the purchase of one unit of either an equipment/IT solution or the subsequent purchase of an IT solution to be deployed at a different location. This means that if a business applies for the same IT solution to be deployed at the same location, this application will be rejected.
