What we deliver

EDGE Grant: Digital Marketing Packages

Everything below comes with its own scope and named deliverables, which is how the application is assessed. Take one, or run several together.

New

AI SEO

Getting your business mentioned and cited in AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, where more buyers are now looking for answers before they visit a website.

SEO

Search engine optimisation

Technical fixes, content aimed at buyers rather than browsers, and internal linking. The point is to stop paying for every click.

SEM

Search engine marketing

Google Search, Shopping and display, managed against cost per enquiry rather than clicks. The account stays in your name.

SMA

Social media advertising

Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, built around a specific audience and a specific offer. Not boosted posts.

CRO

Conversion rate optimisation

Getting more enquiries from the traffic you already pay for. Often a cheaper way to grow than simply buying more of it.

Web

Landing Pages and Web

Campaign landing pages and website work, so the money you spend on traffic has somewhere decent to land.

Why work with us

What working with MediaPlus Digital looks like

Everything stays in your name

Your ad accounts, your analytics, your website. We work inside them. If you ever move on you are not starting from scratch, and the claim is easier to put together.

Reports you can actually use

What we did, what it cost, what came back. Written so you can attach it to a claim without rewriting it first.

You speak to people who know your account

You are not passed between five different people every time you have a question. The same team stays on your account, so you are not re-explaining your business every month.

How the grant works

What changed from PSG

PSG stopped taking new applications on 29 September 2026. EDG and MRA closed the same day. From 30 September everything goes through EDGE instead. If you were planning to fund digital marketing through PSG, EDGE is now the route to use. If you got an application in before the cutoff, it is still being assessed under the old rules and you do not need to do anything.

EDGE runs across eight business areas, one of which is Automation and Digitalisation. That is where digital marketing is most likely to sit, but the exact activity classification depends on the scope of the project, so we confirm it against the current Business Grants Portal requirements before you apply. Once you are approved, we get on with the SEO, search and social work.

Who can apply

SMEs only

SMEs and non-SMEs

Annual cap

S$30,000 per company per financial year

S$100,000 per year overall, with S$30,000 of that available for digital and automation activities

Scope

Pre-approved solutions under SMEs Go Digital

Eight business areas, including Automation and Digitalisation

How it runs

From first call to campaign

01

Confirm eligibility

We check your registration, local shareholding and company size against the current criteria on the portal.

02

Scope the project

We define deliverables and prepare a detailed quotation that maps to what the application asks for.

03

Submit and wait

You apply through the Business Grants Portal before any of the work starts. We make sure the scope and the paperwork line up before it goes in. Two rules catch people out here. You cannot have started the work or paid a deposit before the application goes in, and the application has to come from you rather than from us, because Enterprise Singapore does not allow a third party to apply on an applicant’s behalf.

04

Deliver and claim

We run the campaigns, and you submit the claim with the documentation we prepare alongside the work.

Eligibility

The activity you file under affects both eligibility and the rate, and the criteria get updated. We check the current rules with you while we are scoping, not after.

Questions about the work

Frequently asked questions

What is AI SEO, and do I need it as well as SEO?

AI SEO is about getting quoted inside AI-generated answers, not just ranked in a list of links. Most businesses want both. Ordinary SEO still brings the clicks that turn into enquiries today. AI SEO covers the questions where people read the answer and never click anything.

Can SEO, ads and AI SEO go into one application?

Usually yes, as one digital marketing project. We name each deliverable separately in the quotation, which makes the assessment cleaner and the claim less painful later.

What costs does EDGE actually pay for?

Enterprise Singapore lists software costs as the supported cost on the digital marketing activity, capped at twelve months, and excludes GST and maintenance from support. That is narrower than most people expect, and it is the reason we break a project into named parts and tell you which ones are likely to be supportable before you apply rather than after.

Do I need to be an SME?

No, and this is the biggest change. PSG was SMEs only. Under EDGE a non-SME can apply too, at a lower rate than an SME. If your finance team was told a few years ago that the company was too big to qualify, that answer is out of date.

Do I pay only the unsupported portion of your invoice?

No. You pay the full invoice plus GST first, then claim the supported portion back once the work is finished and paid for. Budget for the whole amount up front.

Can I apply if campaigns are already running?

Yes, but what qualifies is the new work, not carrying on with what you already run. Bring your current setup to the call and we will tell you which parts are likely to count.

Does working with a listed vendor guarantee approval?

No. Enterprise Singapore decides, based on your business and what you are proposing. What we can control is the paperwork, so we make sure that part is not the reason you get turned down.

How long before I see results?

Paid search can bring enquiries within a few weeks. SEO and AI SEO usually need four to six months before the trend is obvious. Worth remembering when you set the project period, because a three-month window will not show you much.

Where can I read about the EDGE Grant itself?

Our EDGE Grant Singapore guide goes through the scheme properly: what replaced PSG, the caps, and who qualifies.
